WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
36 hours notice required to reschedule or cancel a lesson, as that is when I can obtain a partial refund of the cost of renting the studio.
I hold slots exclusively for the booking couple, are thus unable to schedule anyone else, and the studio charges a fee for reserved time. (There are only about 25 -27 hours in the entire week that are convenient or possible for couples to do lessons.)

There are no cash refunds; a dance lessons certificate equal to the value of any unused lessons, (those cancelled with more than 36 hours notice), can be issued as a transferable dance lessons gift certificate.
